Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
- Ensure fleet is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor vehicle performance and implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze fleet data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop and execute plans to enhance fleet utilization and reduce downtime.
- Ensure all fleet operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols for drivers and vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel consumption.
- Provide support and training to team members involved in fleet management and logistics.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in fleet management
- Must have class 3 driving license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
