Responsibilities:
- Monitor AR ageing report and follow up on long outstanding receivables.
- Generate and send out reminders and Statement of Accounts to tenants.
- Compile and generate intercompany billings.
- Generating of invoices to tenants (billings for rent, aircon, GTO rent, property tax and ad‐hoc billings.)
- Prepare month end AR closing reports.
- Cash bank in, bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec qualifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience.
- Able to work in fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines.
Working Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm
