Key Responsibilities:
Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects for residential and commercial spaces. Key Responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization:
- Develop innovative and functional design concepts for interior spaces based on client requirements and preferences.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to visually communicate design ideas to clients.
Client Consultation:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on design elements, materials, and finishes.
- Present design proposals and revisions to clients, incorporating their feedback and suggestions.
Space Planning:
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Optimize space utilization and flow for functionality and aesthetics.
Material and Furniture Selection:
- Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain samples and quotes.
- Ensure selections align with the overall design concept and client preferences.
Project Management:
- Develop project timelines and schedules, ensuring timely completion of design phases.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and address any design-related issues.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Provide clients with detailed cost estimates and manage expenditures throughout the project.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the design team, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.

Qualifications:
