Responsibilities:
- Maintain a steady and steady flow of opportunities by monitoring and streamlining the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with important clients to guarantee that their logistics requirements are fully satisfied.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored logistical solutions.
- Oversee sales campaigns to increase revenue and market share for the Global Projects & Industry Solutions business.
- Create and implement strategies to guarantee increased sales volume and improved sales interactions.
- Constantly seek to improve operational processes while considering the needs of clients and company goals.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of logistical solutions.
- Participate in all-encompassing leadership development programs that are designed to enhance your managerial skills and strategic thinking.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in project logistics business, Out-Of-Gauge (OOG), Non-Common-Load (NCL), Break-Bulk and multimodal heavy and oversized transport would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding (sea freight , air freight) , land and rail transport
- Market knowledge and customer contacts in various verticals.
- A collaborative approach with effective, confident communication skills
