Job Description
- Liaise with clients, property developers, bankers, property agents and various government bodies.
- Draft sale and purchase agreement (sub-sales & developer sale), bank loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
- Conduct due diligence on properties to ensure legal compliance.
- Update file status.
- Resolving legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
- Other tasks to be assigned by the firm from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing matters.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Possess positive and cheerful interpersonal skills.
