Job Description:
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes – from job intake meetings, postings, sourcing, screening candidates, interview arrangements, negotiation, offer management and applying for work permits for selected candidates for shortlisted candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract skilled candidates.
- Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and deliver in speed and quality of hiring.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to blue-collar hiring.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, providing regular reports and insights to the HR leadership team.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
