We’re now looking for an experienced Account Director to join our Asia Tech x Singapore team.

This is an Individual contributor role accountable for driving event and digital sales by maximising the current event proposition, while building on new features and activations. With a focus on consistent retention, growth, new business, product development, and expanding customer base, this is a great role for someone looking to really make an impact.
Key areas of responsibility
- Delivering an exceptional experience for Asia Tech x Singapore partners, sponsors and exhibitors
- Full customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
- Build and execute a retention and new business development strategy to grow and expand within new and existing cutomers including upselling and cross-selling
- Achieving revenue targets, proactively responding to inbound enquiries and self-generated leads based on a deep market and product understanding
- Accurately positioning ATx's products, solutions and services as a solution for the market and business challenges that meet the customers needs
- Report using all data sources, accurate forecasting and performance metrics to key internal and external stakeholders, highlighting revenue risks and opportunities
- Manage projects and engage in project management duties within customer relationships working to carry out and deliver customer goals while meeting company goals
- Coordinate with colleagues working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting and exceeding deadlines
- Keep customer information/records up to date such as interactions, transactions, account plans and record on Salesforce
- Build a social media presence through social selling
- Liaise with colleagues to keep your knowledge of new and existing products, services and solutions up to date
- Proactively develop yourself, keep abreast of the changing landscape and have a personal development plan utilising the Sales Excellence competencies
- Keep up to date with current market conditions and competitors' products
- Attend key Informa and industry related competitor events
- Represent the brand as a champion leading from the front
- Work on projects across the business as and when required
