Financial Consultant Manager

Job Purpose

An exciting front line role for those who are passionate in helping people and families live a financially secure life through sound financial planning and advisory.


The Job

· Acquire insurance customers to grow own portfolio.

· Marketing and sale of life insurance and other financial products (in accordance with your qualification and license, and our list of product providers).

· Facilitate and support customers’ purchase journey.

· Practise professional financial planning to provide holistic perspective of protection, savings and investments needs and gaps, and make appropriate product recommendations.

· Ongoing post-sale customer service.

· Perform regular financial reviews with customers to ensure client’s portfolio remains relevant to changing needs.

· Ensure that transactions are compliant with governing laws and ethical standards.

· Stay abreast of market trends, best practices, products and processes through continuous professional development.

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.


Our Requirements

· A recognized degree of any discipline.

· Strong interpersonal skill.

· Entrepreneurial and self-motivated. Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.

· Prior experience in financial services sales with proven track record.

· Successfully appointed under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) and passed all Fit and Proper checks.

· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

· Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
