We are seeking a Point-of-Sales (POS) Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in implementing and supporting cutting-edge POS solutions for our clients in the Retail sectors.


As our passionate service staff, you are part of the team tasked in delivering exceptional service and operational standards to enhance clients’ experience.


Responsibilities:


Project Implementation:

  • Conduct pre-sales consultations with potential clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored POS solutions.
  • Arrange site surveys to familiarize yourself with the client's outlet layout and assess their technical requirements.
  • Prepare and configure the client's system backend and hardware.
  • Install software onsite and provide comprehensive training to users on operating the POS system.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients during the system go-live phase and beyond.
  • Conduct project reviews with clients to ensure successful implementation and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Technical Support:

  • Provide timely and efficient support for client inquiries and system issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Test new system features and fixes to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, manuals, and guides.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customers' future needs and recommend best practices to enhance their POS operations.
  • As you gain experience and expertise, you will have the opportunity to take on Project Management and/or Pre-Sales roles within the team.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience working with POS systems is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Proficiency in any of the other singapore languages is a plus, as it will enable you to communicate and provide support to a wider range of clients.
