JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Manager (“FM”) is responsible for financial accounting, audit, and tax matters for the Group. The FM reports to the CFO and has the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives alongside with the CFO. Strategic initiatives include mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, treasury, and investor relationship opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
· Manages and leads a team of highly motivated individuals;
· Responsible for financial management, tax, audit and treasury;
· Oversees the full set accounting process, including monthly journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial closing activities;
· Involves in budgeting and tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances;
· Monitors performance through financial analysis and provide insights for management’s review and decision-making;
· Reviews work processes/procedures and recommend changes for improvement;
· Works directly with the CFO to drive strategic initiatives and special projects (M&A and JV), offering career progression opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job requirements include:
- ISCA registered and/or CPA certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
