Job Description:
- Manage day to day operational work and offer high-touch solutions which includes addressing games submission pipeline, policy compliance and product bugs escalation.
- Work management to identify product strategy and activities.
- Analyse and forecast game performance using daily statistics.
- Drive game operation together with the programmers and artists.
- Communicate to everyone about the product vision before implementation.
- Constantly play, review and verify the implementation of events.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in the mobile games / Apps industry.
- Good understanding of Mobile Games.
- Experience in design user flow, feature specification, UI wireframe, data sheet and presentation.
- Experience in data-backed and process-driven and data analytic as tools.
- Experience in relevant game community management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills (verbal and written). Mandarin-speaking fluency is mandatory as the role requires daily liaison with Chinese partners and the ability to read, speak and write reports in the Chinese language due to coverage of Chinese market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective meetings and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
