We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Data Analyst. You will be responsible for reporting the Service financial data in our customer service solutions group. You will also be working closely with other relevant teams/stakeholders to support the forecasting/budgeting activities.
What you will be doing
- · Pull, consolidate and organise monthly financial reports (related to service costs) by extracting and defining relevant information
- · Support and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to prepare data/report for service repair cost forecasting/budgeting activities for analysis on a timely basis
- · Participate/support projects under strict timelines
- · Perform other duties as assigned.
What you should have
- Diploma in Business/Statistics/Mathematics/Accounting/Finance/Computing or any related field
- Minimum 1 year’s work experience with statistical reporting and data analytical skill
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables lookup
- Microsoft PowerPoint
