We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Baker to lead our baking team. The Head Baker will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bakery operations, from recipe development to production and quality control. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of baking techniques and trends.
- Lead and manage the bakery team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and execute recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other items.
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daily bakery operations, including inventory management, ingredient sourcing, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor and manage food safety and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with management to create new product offerings and seasonal specials.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredient functions.
