This is a full time role for an Administrative Coordinator located in Paya Lebar. Our company is one of the leading players in the accounting firm and you will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings, as well as preparing and editing various documents This role includes handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, maintaining the office supplies inventory, and overseeing all administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. Additionally, it requires coordinating office activities for efficiency and policy compliance, managing relationships with vendors and service providers, and maintaining company databases and records. The role also involves compiling and preparing reports and presentations, assisting with regularly scheduled reports, planning and coordinating company events and meetings, and arranging travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
