Job Description:
We are a newly established Internet application development company, and we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Officer to support our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following administrative duties (including but not limited to):
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, particularly in hiring developers, by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Government Liaison: Handle all government-related tasks, such as applying for Employment Passes (EP), communicating with the Ministry of Manpower, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Utility Services Management: Apply for and manage essential services such as water, electricity, and Internet connections for the office.
- Office Supplies Management: Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and service providers to manage office maintenance, renovations, and other related activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent multi-lingual communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office / Excel, Google Workspace).
