Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quotations, sample supplies, sales materials etc
- Responsible for new account opening and credit applications
- Handle customer enquiries via emails and phone calls
- Manage products for reservation allocation and promotion purpose
- Maintain database to drive accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with other departments to fulfil customers’ requests and orders
- Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team
- Assist with marketing activities such as food events or product launch
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business /Marketing/Sales
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking and organized in work
