The client is a major player within its field within the Financial Services industry. They are looking for a HR generalist at a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager level to join their regional HR team.
Your new role
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, focusing on the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and separation. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Business partnering with business divisions on HR matters
- Promoting employee engagement and positive relations
- Guiding performance management processes
- Assisting with employee off-boarding and daily HR operations
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of HR administration experience with some business partnering background
- Good knowledge of employment laws and practices in Singapore
