Our client, a leading European MNC seeking for HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (NEW POSITION) to join them.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience handling full spectrum HR (Recruitment, Comp & Benefits, Payroll, HR Administration ie Work pass application etcs
- Payroll experience a MUST.
- SAP Successfactor skills an advantage.
- Experience working in an MNC environment preferred.
- Well versed with Employment act and relevant legislations.
- Fast Learner and good people relation skills.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed oriented and assertive.
- Comfortable working in a multi cultural environment.
