CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Highly motivated independent individual who has a hybrid Financial Control, including cash management, and Financial, Planning & Analytic ("FP&A") experience
- Meticulous, analytical, self-starter and self-motivated team player with a hands-on mentality and thrives in a pressurized and fast-paced environment. Able to multi-task, prioritize, improves and digitalizes processes, build data pools and drive continuous process improvement.
- Fundamental skills set of FP&A are required and will play a key role in the forecasting, planning, analysis, monitoring and management of performances of the Business Units and companies within the corporate governance framework. Independently able to provide insights and expertise on diverse perspectives and identify, develop and deployment of analytical tools and models for finance transformation and optimization.
- While ensuring business operates within appropriate internal financial policies, procedures and controls, must also be comfortable to work with data and be able to transform complex data into actionable insights within a business context & to identify opportunities to automate, evaluate and develop process visualization for operational support.
- Involvement in any other projects or ad-hoc requirements assigned.
EDUCATION
- Good Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Finance related or ACCA.
- Chartered Accountant
EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience with the last 3 years in a highly analytical finance and controllership role.
- Possess advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Powerapps & BI applications.
- Knowledge in systems such as Accpac and Xero would be a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills with effective communication capabilities to be able to engage with and articulate relevant data to stake holders
- Working experience in a Listed company
