- Senior / Mentor developer has a role as well to manage/train/coach the junior and intermediate developers
- Ensure the progression of Juniors developer's skills
- Develop Junior developer's knowledge to assist them on their daily tasks such as :
- Architecture choices
- Development of solutions
- Reuse and factorization of existing code
- Follow CACIB development best practices
- Code review validation
- Follow-up and secure development deliveries
- Assist on the development of CI/CD processes
- Awareness and verification of security constraints
- Assist Junior developers on support tasks
- Experience: >8 years exp (TECHNICAL ANALYST - .net Developer / FrontOffice Knowledge)
- Mindset: Appetite for training / Mentoring, like financial markets and technology
- Skills:
- English writing and speaking
- .net development skill
- SQL knowledge, Good knowledge of Transact SQL and Entity Framework Core
- Strong expertise on Front Office software mandatory for the senior/mentor
- Knowledge on Capital markets activities/products
- Interest on CI/CD and DevOps
Orchestrade knowledge is preferred
