Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Entries
- Payment Processing (ensure that the necessary invoices are chopped and signed before processing)
- Upload to bank for approval and enter to XERO system.
- Get SOA from supplier, perform reconciliation where necessary as well as to confirm the amount with supplier.
- Process petty cash vouchers, get approval and enter to XERO system.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
