We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as CS Executive!
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer and sales inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Interview and recommend suitable candidates to employers, ensuring the right fit.
- Coordinate documentation, work permits, and the arrival process for new employees.
- Handle and provide effective solutions for issues between employers and employees.
- Perform other ad-hoc related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate fluently in Tagalog is essential for this role.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of related working experience.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work as a team and independently.
- Possessing a Certificate in Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is advantageous.
- Training will be provided.
