- Support the claims team by ensuring effective management, compliance, and adherence to processes and procedures.
- Manage and analyse centralized claims data, review claims files, and process bordereaux/statements.
- Set up new claims files, produce and circulate reports, and handle administrative tasks such as e-filing and scanning.
- Liaise with underwriters to keep them updated on individual and portfolio claims while understanding risk appetites and regulatory standards.
- Uphold company values and ensure compliance with financial crime and conduct regulations, aiming for fair customer outcomes and commercial decisions.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years’ experience in Claims functions and Claims-related data requirements
- Good Knowledge in risk appetites and regulatory standards (e.g. Delegated Authority, Conduct Risk and Financial Crime)
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other business systems
