Job Description
1. Identify and analyse clients requirements from market trends.
2. Collect and build the relationship with suppliers and customers.
3. Build Sales, Purchase, production Administrate Team for normal operations.
4. Set the sales goals and create sales plan to implement & achieve the goals.
5. Manage the company and all employees to accomplish good operation.
Qualification
6. Fluent and proficient in written & communication in Chinese and English.
7. At least 8 years of work experience of Sales & Marketing and manufacturing.
8. Familiar with US, Europe and Chinese market.
9. Experience in leadership and building up the team/department.
10. Prefer candidate with China working experience.
