Job Description
- Verify and match sales/service invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO); upload invoices via AP-Direct, Esker, GEP.
- Email invoices with DO to customers and send monthly Statements of Account.
- Process daily customer receipts and update receivables schedules.
- Assist senior accountant with AR collection issues.
Requirement:
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting or any Business-related studies.
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivables or ERP proficiency is highly advantageous.
Keen learner with strong attention in details.
