Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive and play a crucial role in promoting our company's assets for rental and sales. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to ensuring timely delivery of assets and collection of payments.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with both new and existing clients to promote our assets and services.
- Conduct site visits to client locations as well as project sites to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of assets to client sites.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of outstanding payments.
- Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and General Manager on sales pipeline, progress, and strategies to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Target key sectors including construction sites managed by JTC, LTA, HDB, and other private entities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated self-drive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to maintain a strategic overview while also building strong personal relationships with clients.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Technical knowledge or experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 2B driving license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to provide daily updates and weekly reports to management.
