Accounts Executive (AP) – North - $3,500 (ID: 648723)
- Process supplier invoices using Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
- Make timely supplier payments according to credit terms.
- Record expenses accurately in the ERP system and cash book.
- Review expenses for accuracy and create accruals as necessary.
- Issue vouchers to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Close inactive accounts.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling full set of AP.
- Experience in Navision is a plus.
