Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives in Greater China and Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and enhance brand visibility in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction and support to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising, and promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and public relations, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives to the HQ management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar leadership role within the Greater China and Southeast Asia regions.
• In-depth knowledge of market research, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; additional languages from the region are a plus.
