M&E Engineer
Job Detail:
- Basic salary $3,500 - $4,500 (Subject to the experiences)
- VB
- 5.5 days, Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm; Sat 8am - 12nn
- Full 6 days week for the first 6 months of employment

Job Scope:
- Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site
- Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion
- Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality
- Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule
- Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices
- To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors
- Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods
- Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co- ordination with sub-contractors
Job Requirements:
- Degree in M&E Engineering ONLY (Recognized Degree by BCA/PEB)
- Minimum 2-3years in construction related experiences
- Possess Electrical Trade experiences will be added advantage
