My client, a leading Insurance brokerage firm, is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Logistics Operations Executive to lead our operations for an exciting, cutting-edge niche in the Insurance market.
You’ll be working on the ground with the Operations Manager driving efficiency in day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily shipments and returns, ensuring everything is on track.
- Inspect and troubleshoot returned items to ensure they meet required standards.
- Manage the storage and movement of products with care and precision.
- Pick, pack, and quality-check orders to ensure that customers are kept satisfied.
- Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Use our systems to track inventory and stay on top of stock levels.
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma with 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, especially within the electronics or tele-communications (Telco) industry
- Experience with inventory and logistics software is a plus.
