Job Responsibilities:
- Perform service administration effectively and maintain high customer service level
- Attend to customer enquiries and service bookings promptly and courteously
- Meet and provide technical advice and upsell workshop services to customers, assess and meet their expectations
- Provide accident claim advice, repair quotations, and other necessary administration work
- Provide administration and technical support to corporate customer
- Follow up with repair work and update customer of the work progress and ensure that jobs are completed on time for delivery and outgoing QC check
- Monitor the bike bookings and loading system and decide on priority service
- Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor for efficient workflow to meet financial sales target by fast turnaround of bikes with excellent customer service and quality
- Monitor unpaid bills and follow up on outstanding credit
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least NITEC or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Has passion for bikes and enjoys customer service
- Good communication skills
- Must possess a valid Class 2B license
- Possess a valid Class 2A/2 license is an advantage
