Location: Multiple location (East/West/North)
Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Software Management:Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
Replace components for servers, including mainboards, CPU, RAM, HDD/SSDs, network line cards/modules, transceivers, and cables.
- Technical Support:Respond promptly to service issues and requests from customers.
Provide technical support to address a wide range of IT-related concerns across various customers.
- On-Site Support:Offer on-site support for IT issues at customer offices, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- IT Inventory Management:Perform and maintain an up-to-date IT inventory list for customers.
- Server Management:Handle server-related issues through the ticket system.
Escalate complex server issues to the server supplier TAC (Technical Assistance Center) and diligently follow up on resolutions.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Proficient in equipment installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
