ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of site
- Engage and manage service providers for repairs and maintenance as directed by client
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular physical checks and site walk
- Convene and attend all meetings; prepare minutes and reports for meeting
- Attend to residents’ feedbacks
- Prepare and submit an annual budget
- Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies
- Process and assist in putting up paper for Extraordinary works as directed when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering/ related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Mature and independent with the ability to lead team to drive results
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy
- Knowledge of BMSMA
- Candidate with certificate in Managing Agent Practice will have an added advantage
