Our client is an established company specialising in Biomedical and Manufacturing. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Customer Service and Logistics Executive to support the growth. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Duties of Customer Service and Logistics Executive:
- Track and report daily order flows for Channel Partners, Inter-companies, and end users.
- Consolidate and create outbound deliveries and transportation units in SAP (ECC and EWM).
- Handle order entries, batch allocations, and generate export documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule customer shipments, including special deliveries.
- Ensure timely follow-up on PODs and initiate action for missing documents.
- Report on KPIs related to shipments and address problem orders with CS.
- Manage purchase requisitions, monthly accruals, and supply chain exceptions.
- Analyze end-to-end performance and support reverse logistics for RMAs.
- Serve as a contact point for order status inquiries.
- Ensure accurate export/import documentation and track goods shipments.
Requirements
- Min Degree in relevant studies with 2 - 3 years experience in similar industry
- Proficient in SAP system and Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge in Temp logger process
