Operations Executive is to actively support the daily cleaning operations and deploying of manpower movement and ensuring high standard of cleaning services management.
To lead team for indoor and outdoor cleaning and maintenance in office buildings at Tuas Area.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervising multiple team of cleaners for different projects.
- Ensure quality service and safety of all employees.
- Assist in planning of cleaning service .
- Assist in managing incidents .
- Managing inventory of the cleaning equipment
- Provide guidance and training of new team members.
- Assist in manpower hiring with referral incentives
Job Requirements:
- Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards and provide help and guidance when necessary
- Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications
- Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
- Interact and handle complaints and feedback and build relationships with customers
- Check cleaning equipment condition
- Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed
- Solve operational problems and make decisions
- Submit daily cleaning report
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace
- Minimum 2 years of related working experiences in cleaning operations management or similar position
