Job Description:
- Develop and express the brand's identity across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set creative direction for campaigns.
- Design creative concepts for online/offline ads, in-store materials, events, and other marketing assets.
- Create packaging designs for new and existing products.
- Oversee the timely execution of all creative projects.
- Ensure visual consistency across all projects according to brand guidelines.
- Lead project communication, including coordination with third-party vendors for production and development of marketing materials.
- Handle other tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Photography and editing skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of trade marketing, print production, and file preparation for printing.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with 3D modeling software like SketchUp or AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and well-organized.
