Job Purpose


  • Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Building:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates who align with the organization's talent needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate assessments, tests, and interviews as needed.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to hiring managers throughout the recruitment.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and relevant information.
  • Offer Management:
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and address candidate questions or concerns.
  • Oversee the offer acceptance process and communicate with candidates until their start date.
  • Talent Branding and Networking:
  • Promote the organization's talent brand through various channels to attract top talent.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build a
  • professional network and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators.
  • Compliance and Legal Adherence:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, equal employment opportunity guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed about best practices in talent acquisition and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) with a focus on full-cycle recruitment. • Some experience with large scale and overseas recruitment would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
