Responsibilities
- Lead the Operations team in strategising and implementing initiatives to enhance and preserve the asset value of the properties assigned
- Implement appropriate programmes to ensure:
- Uninterrupted operations of all essential services such as utilities, air conditioning, fire protection & security
- Staff are fully trained and conversant in the maintenance and operations of fire and life safety systems
- All services and preventive maintenance programmes are carried out regularly and effectively
- Staff attend to service calls and work orders promptly and effectively
- Prepare annual review of the Asset Plan for each asset in the portfolio and implement such plan as approved
- Administer leases entered into with all tenants, handling over and taking possession of leased units, liaise and manage the respective tenants' renovation process and tenant relationship management
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate or Property Management
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in property, retail and/or tenant management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, energetic and passionate to drive initiatives
