Job Description

The Department of Psychology invites applications for a Temporary Management Support Officer (12-month contract). The candidate is expected to work about 24 hours per week and will be paid $15 per hour.

Duties and responsibilities will be split between the Clinical Masters and the Continuous Education and Training (CET) programmes.

Clinical Masters Programme (Clinical and Health Psychology Centre)

• Transfer data to One Drive from Titanium
• Online / Referral Registration
• Scanning of old protocols to One Drive – Client Case Folders, old case files to be shredded
• Assisting Admin on end and start of placement mattersConfiguration of laptops
  Housekeeping of intern rooms
  Housekeeping of SharePoint Folders
  
• Ad hoc: Maintenance of CHPC Test Library Protocols and kits
• Ad hoc: Assisting with Professional clients when available

Psychology CET Programme

• CET Advertising

1. Design advertising materials such as Poster, Website Banners, Brochures etc.
2. Design and develop our yearly Professional Certificate (PC) report
   

• Workshop Support

1. Booking of training venues
2. Liaising with caterers for setup
3. Attendance taking
   

• Post-Workshop Admin

1. Consolidating training results from trainers
2. Issuance of certificates
   

• Monitor participants who have completed the required workshops for a PC

Qualifications

A diploma holder good with computer skills and ability to design EDMs
