Job Summary:

- Working days & hrs: Monday - Friday, 8.00AM to 5.30AM
- Salary range: Up to $4,600 (dep on exp.) + AWS + PB
Primary Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and requisition
- Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment
- Source and evaluate suppliers' performance
- Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements
- Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system
- Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties
- Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times
- Relevant experience in supplier management / procurement / Supplier Sourcing, Evaluation, Selection, Audit, Negotiation, Preparing Contract & Agreement, Change Control, Non-confirming Supplier Handling.
