Job Scope:
- Manage and respond to after-sales / services inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and incoming calls.
- Verify equipment status, and coordinate / dispatch jobs to technicians.
- Provide timely updates to customers on maintenance job status.
- Handle internal and external administrative tasks.
- Assist to liaise with vendors for required items, parts, and engineering services.
- Coordinate planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, ensuring timely dispatch to customers.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate with experience in service coordination / after-sales support will have added advantage.
