Job Descriptions
- Offer high levels of customer service to all customers consistently
- Prepare and serve pies and drinks accurately per the SOP and in a timely manner
- Clean and maintain brewing equipment as needed.
- Monitor the condition of brewing equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Have full knowledge of the menu to share recommendations with customers
- Perform quality checks on pies and drinks, keeping spoilage to a minimum
- Maintain adequate supply of all stocks in inventory, ensuring proper storage and refrigeration for daily operations
- Uphold strict hygiene standards of the studio and all equipment
- Fulfil opening and closing duties
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- WSQ food hygiene certification
- Warm and cheerful personality
- Adaptable and self-motivated in completing assigned tasks
