Job Description
- Our client is seeking a versatile Cross-Platform Developer with expertise in mobile and web development, particularly in wireless communication protocols. This role involves close collaboration with firmware engineers, obtaining requirements from the marketing team and end-users, and ensuring seamless communication between applications and wearable devices. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working across multiple sites and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
【Responsibilities】
■Cross-Platform Development:
-Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications using languages such as Swift, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
-Create robust Android applications using Kotlin or Java, and responsive web applications with a focus on wireless communication protocols.
■Wireless Communication Expertise:
-Design, implement, and optimize wireless communication protocols for reliable connectivity with wearable devices, emphasizing development languages on iOS.
-Collaborate with firmware engineers to integrate software and firmware components seamlessly.
■Requirements Gathering:
-Work closely with the marketing team and end-users to gather and understand application requirements.
-Translate requirements into technical specifications for implementation.
■Collaboration with Firmware Engineers:
-Collaborate closely with firmware engineers to ensure synchronized development efforts.
-Integrate software with wearable device functionalities, emphasizing development languages on iOS.
■Multi-Site Collaboration:
-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
-Conduct regular meetings, both virtual and in-person, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of development efforts.
■User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI):
-Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
-Implement features that enhance the overall user experience with the wearable device, with a focus on iOS development.
■Testing and Optimization:
-Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of wireless communication features on iOS.
-Optimize code for efficiency and scalability across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
■Documentation:
-Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and wireless communication integration.
-Provide documentation for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Cross-Platform Developer, with expertise in iOS development using Swift, Android development using Kotlin or Java, and web development
- In-depth knowledge of wireless communication protocols
- Experience working closely with firmware engineers on integrated solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to gather requirements from marketing teams and end-users
- Familiarity with collaborating across multiple sites in a distributed team environment
- Experience with Cloud and Data Base is preferred
- Experience with wearable product design and development is preferred
- AI related experience will be an added advantage
