Our client is an established data centre provider and they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in expansion of the team.
Role:
- Provide legal advice and support to Group operational matters, including compliance, regulatory, project development (including construction and equipment procurement), financing, vendor and customer contracts
- Provide legal advice and support to Group’s investment activities, including M&A and JV matters
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters of companies within the Group
- Instruct and manage external counsel on a variety of legal matters
- Any additional adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- LLB and at least 10-15 years PQE is required
- Admission to Singapore Bar will be advantageous
- In-house and regional experience will be advantageous
- Experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing construction and procurement contracts will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate fluently in English
