Job Description
- Coordinating the installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings or large complexes.
- Managing a team of workers.
- Regularly inspecting sites.
- Executing work as necessary.
- Assigning workers to various projects.
- Handle vendor and subcontractor.
- Communicate information to relevant parties throughout a project.
- Oversee the quality and timeliness of the work on projects.

- Familiar with the fundamentals of Painting, Waterproofing works
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Minimum 5 years working experiences
