Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and recommend the best technology solutions that align with their business goals.
- Create and design business processes and functional designs, including flow mapping and scenario design.
- Demonstrate design options and Workday functionality through prototypes.
- Configure Workday solutions based on client requirements, demonstrate the configurations, and validate with clients.
- Assist in designing integrations between Workday and other systems.
- Support testing processes, identify errors, and provide fixes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday Benefits and related modules in a consulting or in-house role.
- Good analytical skills to assess business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects on time, working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
