Key Responsibilities
- Have at least one (1) years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in audio-visual industry.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Required to generate new leads and build up customer database and foster a strong partnership with clients.
- Will be required to approach new customers on telemarketing / supporting the marketing department to development social media campaigns to draw fresh opportunities.
- Scheduling and attending discovery calls, conducting product demos, following up with existing clients, collecting feedback, and maintaining business relationships.
- Preparing sales reports with critical targets, trends, and highlights on a quarterly basis, and analyzing data to improve sales approach across the pipeline.
- Will be required to travel, up to 30% within Asia to support exhibitions or customer engagements in supporting sales head.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Diploma in Business or Marketing or Engineering
- Working experience in AV industry especially with LED display will be an advantage.
- Competent working knowledge in Microsoft office and ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics on AV systems including ELV line diagrams.
