Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the store and fuel station
- Recruit, train, and manage cashier and pump attendant teams
- Handle staff payroll and welfare to maintain workflow and customer service
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, conduct inspections, and address safety issues
- Analyze data to create effective marketing programs for profitability
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
