Job Description
Assisting Ops Manager
· Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.
· Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets.
· Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixtures unserviceability.
· Accompany MOE term contractors e.g. Pest control, Electrician, plumbers for mosquitoes breeding inspections and maintenance/repair works.
· Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
· Assist in logistics support for school events and functions
· Perform traffic warden duty
Requirements
· Able to understand simple English
· Physically fit
· No experience required as OJT will be provided
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
