Job Descriptions
Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Prepare and cook various menu items, including burgers, desserts, salads, sides, and more.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
Dishwashing and Cleaning:
- Wash dishes, floors, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
Kitchen Closing and Clean-up:
- Perform end-of-day kitchen closing duties.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize the kitchen area and equipment after service hours.
Independent Work and Leadership:
- Take charge of kitchen operations and work independently when needed.
- Exhibit the ability to manage kitchen tasks without direct supervision.
Additional Kitchen Duties:
- Participate in all kitchen-related responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Job Requirements
- Junior to mid-level cooking experience required.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
Working hours
- 5.5 days work per week - 50 hrs/ week
